2. Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment.

• Course access is limited to the registered student and cannot be shared.

• Attendance and active participation are required for course completion.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds are only available before the course start date or under exceptional circumstances at GLA’s discretion.

• Exam and visa processing fees are non-refundable.

4. Online Classes & Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful behavior toward trainers and peers.

• Sharing offensive content or disrupting classes may result in removal without refund.

• Classes are live and not recorded; students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

• Course materials, including slides, notes, and recordings, are the intellectual property of GLA.

• Students may use materials for personal study only and cannot copy, resell, or distribute them.

6. Limitation of Liability

GLA is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by internet issues, third-party services, or force majeure events.

7. Changes to Terms

GLA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Students will be informed of significant changes via email or website updates.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
